Message From Marian

Greetings Church Family,

I hope that you have had a productive week this week. Here in the office, it’s been quite busy so far and I’m already looking forward to Sabbath rest and fellowship. I can’t wait to see all of you this weekend when Pastor Dan will be wrapping up his sermon series with a message entitled, The Blessings of Obedience.  Come prepared for praise, worship, and fellowship this weekend.

Immediately following the service, please join us in the fellowship hall for refreshments and good company. The hospitality crew would appreciate any clean-up assistance you are able to offer. Many hands make light work.

As we transition from 2017 into 2018, I will be issuing tax receipts for tithes and offerings that were made before December 31. If your address has changed or will be changing, please be sure to let me know. These receipts will be issued and placed in your church mailbox for Sabbath, February 10. If you are a regular attendee and don’t have a church mailbox yet, just let me know and I’ll be sure to get you set up with one.

The prayer and encouragement ministries at RWCC are two very important ones. If you are in need of prayer or would like to be added to the prayer chain, please email Donna Kutzner (wildon@albertacom.com). Likewise, if you are aware of anyone that is in need of encouragement, please contact On Marques (ona560@gmail.com) or Michelle Solheiro (michelle.sevcik31@gmail.com).

Once again, we have two very special items that I wanted to highlight today. The first is, Breakfast at Church. If you haven’t yet joined us for breakfast, you won’t want to miss out on January 20. From 9:00am – 10:00am that morning join us for great food and fellowship followed by Bible study in the Fireside room. Bring your family and friends! Secondly, January 20 is also our next Take Them Home Sabbath. We feed you for breakfast, and then you feed visitors and friends for lunch.

Plan now to invite someone home for lunch to share a meal, fellowship, and blessings.

Until next week. . .

Blessings,
